A little bit about us…
With a nod to 19th century apothecaries and the spirit of the lovingly hand-crafted, our products reflect purity and artisan with a hint of vintage charm. People are returning to an era of high quality crafted products which are not mass produced, cheap and disposable… ‘it’s a new old thing.’
We’re 100% Australian owned. All our products are handmade by us in small batches with great care and attention to detail, using natural botanical ingredients that you can actually pronounce! We use only the highest quality, natural and eco-friendly ingredients sourced directly from local suppliers, to help support other small family run Australian businesses.
Every candle we make is carefully hand poured in small batches using the same methods as traditional candle makers of generations past. Our candle collections are created to complement a wide range of home décors, from rustic to urban contemporary and are housed in classic inspired vessels which have a useful purpose beyond its life as a candle. We use organic soy wax to give a clean, long lasting burn and only use wicks which are 100% cotton. We scent our candles with custom blends of essential oils and perfume grade fragrances which are phthalate free.
Why choose Etc & Co Soaps?
We are registered with the National Industrial Chemicals Notification and Assessment Scheme (NICNAS). This means that we adhere to government guidelines in relation to manufacturing soap and cosmetics.
Our soaps are handmade by us, using traditional cold process and hot process soap making methods. The product ingredients are up front on the label and on our website, as we believe in full transparency. It’s your skin, you should know what you’re putting on it!
We put a lot of love and care into what we make and we want you to be happy with your purchase. There’s no greater satisfaction than our customers loving our products, giving us feedback and returning for more.
We believe in giving back to the wider community and world in need. With every item purchased, we donate 10% to supporting the works of charities that help feed the poor and shelter the homeless.
